We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or make a purchase. When you use the hosted prune API, we also receive the source code and focus query needed to generate the pruned response. We retain operational usage metadata needed to run the service, including token counts, latency, agent and model identifiers, thresholds, and error state.
2. Source Code and Query Handling
Hosted Winnow necessarily receives submitted source code and query text in order to prune it. We process that payload transiently to return the response. We do not store submitted source code or query text in our application database. We retain operational metadata for billing, rate limiting, abuse prevention, support, and usage reporting. If you need code never to leave your environment, run Winnow locally or self-host the API and point the MCP server at your instance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to process transactions, to enforce plan limits, to send you technical notices and support messages, and to respond to your requests.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, database infrastructure, and payment processing. Those providers process information only as needed to operate the service.
